once again i am sick!! i think it is stress related!! im off to the doctor to find out!! ive managed to finish my second uni assignment and get it posted a week before it is due!!
mini goals
1. 2 cups of water for the day
2. 5 small meals
3. sleep!!

Right - vitamin c, try to get 4 grams a day while you are feeling sick. Echinnacea to help with your immune system and put some garlic in that soup Chris has you making.!!
